Intelligence Detective Agency is a private detective agency based in Delhi, providing investigation services across India including Matrimonial Investigations (Pre & Post), Personal Investigations, Extramarital Affair Investigations, Corporate Investigations, Employee Verification, Surveillance, and Background Checks. All services are provided within the legal framework of India.
2. Client Eligibility & Engagement You must be 18 years of age or older to hire our services. Our services are engaged only after a verbal/written discussion and advance payment.We reserve the right to accept or reject any case at our discretion if we find it to be illegal, unethical, or against the law.
3. Confidentiality – Our Core Promise100% confidentiality of the client and the case details is maintained.
All information, photographs, and reports collected during the investigation will be shared ONLY with the client who hired us.We will never disclose your identity to the subject of investigation or any third party.
4. Fees, Payments & RefundsInvestigation fees are decided based on the nature, complexity, duration, and location of the case.An advance payment is required to initiate any investigation.Fees once paid are non-refundable, as we immediately allocate manpower and resources to your case.Any additional expenses arising during the investigation (travel, special equipment) will be communicated and charged separately with prior approval.
5. Client’s ResponsibilityThe client must provide true, accurate, and complete information related to the case.The client must not use any information/report provided by us for any illegal, threatening, or unlawful purpose.The client shall not hold the agency responsible if the outcome of the investigation is not as per their expectation. We provide facts and evidence as found.
6. No Guarantee of Results
While we have over 15 years of experience and a high success rate, we do not guarantee a specific outcome. Investigations depend on external circumstances, behavior of the subject, and availability of information. We guarantee sincere, professional, and best possible efforts with authentic proof.
7. Limitation of LiabilityIntelligence Detective Agency acts as a fact-finding agency only. We are not a law enforcement agency.We are not responsible for any decision, action, or consequence taken by the client based on our investigation report.We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Legal Compliance
